Bobcat L35 - Small Articulated Loader

The L35’s high-flow capabilities lead the industry. When equipped with optional high-flow hydraulics, the L35 offers industry-leading 25.3 gpm auxiliary flow for more productivity with Bobcat attachments, including snowblowers, soil conditioners and brush cutters. 

The L35 is a highly versatile machine, equipped to power a variety of attachments with standard-flow auxiliary hydraulics of 18 gpm. 

The factory installed option auto idle can help you save fuel and reduce noise during operation. When the L35 stops moving for several seconds, the engine idles automatically. When you start to work again, the engine returns to its previously set throttle position. 

The automatic ride control option acts as a suspension for the L35 lift arm, helping to offset terrain irregularities for a smoother and more comfortable ride while carrying a load. There’s less chance of spilling transported material, helping you be as efficient as possible with every work cycle. 

The L35 lift arm extends to a lift height of 114.8 inches. The telescoping lift arm includes a dual-parallel leveling system that keeps the load level as you move the bucket. The telescopic cylinder is synchronized with a hydraulic leveling link that delivers smooth functionality, leveling assist, reduced bucket spillage and fast cycle times.

The small articulated loader delivers precise maneuverability, thanks to the articulation joint design that enables the rear tires of the loader to match the path of the front tires. This results in a highly nimble machine that navigates around obstacles with ease, leaves minimal surface wear and works well in enclosed yards or other small work zones. 

With its tight-turning steering radius and light overall footprint, the Bobcat L35 limits cuts or tears in the turf when turning or hauling a load. This leads to fewer surface repairs after the job is complete. 

The standard integrated counterweight provides optimal lift capacity and extra protection for the machine’s composite covers and cooling package. 
 
Optional add-on rear counterweights further increase lift capacity and productivity. The counterweights follow the contours of the loader to maintain ground clearance and a slim profile.

A separate temperature-controlled hydraulic oil cooler operates as needed to ensure quieter operation as well.

Automatic Traction Mode  
When operating L35, the machine automatically enables one of two traction modes based on operation. 
   
High Traction: When driving straight, the L35 automatically provides all-wheel traction for optimal control and mobility, especially over rough or slippery terrain.  
 
Turf Safe: While actively steering, turf-safe mode keeps the wheels from scrubbing on the ground, minimizing ground disturbance. 
   
Optional Traction Assist Switch  
Similar to a differential lock, traction assist enables you to momentarily override the automatic modes. With a convenient button located on the joystick, you can enable all wheels to travel through adverse conditions such as mud or slippery ground. 

The Bobcat L35 features standard Tilt Float and Lift-Arm Float for optimal attachment operations. Tilt Float and Lift-Arm Arm float allow the attachment to follow the ground contour with optimal down pressure. Operators experience better attachment performance and improved steering during attachment operations. With optimal downward pressure, you’ll also create less wear on your attachments. 

The steering wheel and joystick are within easy reach.  Intuitive fingertip auxiliary and telescopic controls facilitate quick, simple, comfortable and productive operations.  Operators don't have to take their hands off the joystick to activate mechanical switches when operating attachments, which make for efficient and productive operation. From the joystick, operators also can engage variable flow control, similar to our skid-steer and compact track loaders.

Compared to other small articulated loaders, the Bobcat L35 interior is engineered with more usable space for the operator, with special attention paid to cab height, foot room, and room between the seat and the steering wheel. A USB port keeps your devices charged and ready to use, while cab storage gives you space for personal items, gloves, cell phone and other essentials. The cab headliner dampens sound and helps to keep your cab temperature more consistent. Heat and air conditioning keep you working comfortably in extreme heat and frigid cold. The 3-point seatbelt provides security for operators.
